Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.

An early departure fee will be assessed if I leave the hotel before my scheduled departure date, or a late check-out fee if I occupy the room after the published check-out time provided at check-in.

The method of payment used for this reservation must be physically presented along with a government-issued photo ID at check-in. If the payment method is not available, charges will be refunded, and a new form of payment will be required for the reservation cost.

Upon check-in, a $50 hold per night will be placed on your credit or debit card in addition to the room cost and any applicable fees. When you check out and no additional charges are incurred, the $50 hold per night will be released from your card. If needed, you can request to use a different payment method or split the charges at check-out.

Your reservation may incur a daily $20.99 Resort Fee plus applicable taxes.

Any room preferences noted for your reservation are not guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in, unless otherwise communicated. 

All rooms are strictly smoke-free and vape-free. A $500 deep cleaning/refreshing fee will be charged to my account if I or anyone in my party chooses to smoke or vape any substance—including tobacco and marijuana—in the room. Smoking or vaping marijuana is expressly prohibited anywhere on hotel property.

Rooms have a maximum occupancy limit and may not be used for parties. Excessive noise, disturbances, or any violation of a hotel policy are grounds for immediate eviction without a refund, at the Hotel's sole discretion.

Unless expressly permitted by hotel management, pets, non-service animals, hotplates/cooking equipment, outside coolers, and outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the room or on the property.
